S.O. 5060. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commo- dities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby directs that this Ministry's Order bearing S.O. 3610 , dated 1st September , 1969 shall remain in force upto the 30th June , 1970 .
