S.O. 52. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of The Export ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Act, 1963 , ( 22 of 1963 ) , read with rule 3 of The Export ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Rules , 1964 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri V. Shankar , as Chairman , and nominates the following as Members , of the Export Inspection Council, with effect from 1st January , 1970 :
