Com./Gur.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the pro- viso to clause 3 of the Gur (Regulation of Use) Order, 1968, the Central Govern- ment hereby authorises the Chief Director, Additional Chief Director and Director in the Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati, Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Com- munity Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) to exercise the powers conferred under the said proviso.
