NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 2nd January , 1970
S.O. 54. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 7 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Bonus Schemes Act , 1948 (46 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Labour No. PF.15 (5 ) / 48 dated the 11th December , 1948 , namely :-
1. This Scheme may be called the Coal Mines Provident Fund (Fourth Amendment) Scheme , 1969 .
2. In paragraph 25A of the Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme ) , in sub - paragraph ( 1) ,
( i ) after the words " after the end of the month following any month " , the following words shall be inserted , namely :--
" or quarter , as the case may be" ;
( ii) in clause ( ii) , after the words and figures "after December , 1967 " , the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely :-
" but before January , 1970 , " ;
( iii ) after clause ( ii ) , the following clause shall be added , namely:-
"( iii ) after December, 1969, for not less than 48 days if he is an underground employee and 60 days if he is a surface employee , in a quarter " .

3. In paragraph 38 of the Scheme , in sub -paragraph ( 1 ) ,
(i ) in clause ( i ) , after the words and figures " but not before the 1st October , 1948 " , the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely :-
" and also of every quarter commencing on or after the 1st January , 1970 " ;
(ii) in clause (ii ) ,
(a) after the words and figures " from the commencement of every month from February , 1962 , " the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely:- " to December , 1969 ";
(b) the word " onwards " shall be omitted .
4. In paragraph 38A of the Scheme after the words "Every employer shall " , the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely:-
"till the 31st December , 1969. "

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 7 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Bonus Schemes Act, 1948 ( 46 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Labour No. S.R.O. 657 , dated the 12th March , 1956 , namely:-
1. This Scheme may be called the Andhra Pradesh Coal Mines Provident Fund ( Fourth Amendment ) Scheme , 1969 .
2. In paragraph 6A of the Andhra Pradesh Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme ) , in sub - paragraph ( 1 ) ,-
(i ) after the words , " after the end of the month following any month " , the following words shall be inserted , namely:-
" or quarter , as the case may be , " ;
(ii) in clause (ii ) , after the words and figures " after December , 1967 , " the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely :-
"but before January , 1970 , " ;
(iii) after clause ( ii ) , the following clause shall be added , namely :-
" ( iii ) after December . 1969 , for not less then 48 days if he is an underground employee and 60 days if he is a surface employee , in a quarter. "
3. In paragraph 17 of the Scheme , in sub - paragraph ( 1 ) , -
( i) in clause ( 1) , after the words and figures , " but not before the 1st October . 1965 , " the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely:-

1. This Scheme may be called the Rajasthan Coal Mines Provident Fund Fourth Amendment) Scheme , 1969 .

2. In Paragraph 6A of the Rajasthan Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme ( hereinafter referred to as the Scheme) , in sub - paragraph ( 1 ) ,
(i ) after the words " after the end of the month following the month , " the following words shall be inserted , namely:-
" or quarter , as the case may be ," ;
( ii ) in clause ( ii ) , after the words and figures " after December , 1967 , " the following words and tigures shall be inserted , namely :-
"but before January , 1970 , " ;
( ii ) after clause ( ii ) , the following clause shall be added , namely:-
"( iii ) after December , 1968 , for not less than 48 days if he is an underground employee and 60 days if he is a surface employee , in a quarter " .
3. in paragraph 16 of the Scheme , in sub - paragraph ( 1 ) ,
(i) in clause ( i ) , after the words and figures " but not before 1st October , 1955 " , the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely : - "and also of every quarter commencing on or after the 1st January , 1970 " .
(ii ) in clause ( ii) ,

4. In paragraph 16A of the Scheme after the words " Every employer shall " , the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely :-

9.0. 57. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 7 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Bonus Schemes Act , 1948 (46 of 1948 ) , the Contral Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Noyveli Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme , 1966 , published with the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Department of Labour and Employment No. G.S.R. 1771 , dated the 14th November , 1966 , namely:-
1. This Scheme may be called the Neyveli Coal Mines Provident Fund ( Fifth Amend- mont) Scheme , 1969 .
2. In paragraph 6 of the Neyveli Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme (hereinafter roferred to as the Scheme) , in sub- paragraph ( 1 ) ,-
(i ) after the words " after the end of the month following any month, " the following words shall be inserted , namely:--
"or quarter , as the case may be , " ;
( ii ) in clause ( ii ) , after the words and figures " after December 1967 " , the following words and figures shall be inserted , namely :-
"but before January , 1970 , " ;
( iii) after clause ( ii ) , the following clause shallbe added , namely:-
"( iii ) after December , 1969 , for not less than 48 days if he is an underground employee and 60 days if he is a surface employee , in a quarter " .
3. In paragraph 21 of the Schome ,-
( i ) for sub - paragraph ( 1 ) , the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted , namely:
" ( 1 ) Every employer shall send by registered post or through a messenger to the Commissioner , or such other officer subordinate to him as may be authorised by him in this behalf , a return in duplicate-
( i ) in Ponan H ( Red annexed hereto , within fifteen days from the end of every month between January , 1967 and December , 1969 ,;
( ii ) in Form "H' ane ed hereto within six weeks from the end of each quarter cemnen.ng on or after the first January , 1970 ,
intimating the particulars of employees who qualify for the membership of the Fund under paragraph 6 during the preceding inonth or quarter , as the case may be ." ;

(ii) in sub -paragraph ( 3) after the words , letter and brackets Form " H ( Revised) " the following words and letter shall be inserted, namely:--

4. In paragraph 22 of the Scheme after the words "Every employer shall," the following words and figures shall be inserted, namely:-
"till the 31st December , 1969 " .
5. In the Scheme , after Form ' C' , the following form shall be inserted , namely :-

श्रम रोजगार और पुनर्वास विभाग ( धम और रोजगार विभाग ) अधिसू चमाएं

सा० का ० नि० 54.--कोयला खान भविष्य निधि तथा बोनस स्कीम अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 46 ) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के भतपूर्वं मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० पी एफ 15 ( 5 ) / 48 तारीख 11 दिसम्बर 1948 के साथ प्रकाशित कोयला खान भविष्य निधि स्कीम में और आगे संशोधन करन के लिए एसषद्वारा मिम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है, अर्थात्ः--
1. यह स्कीम कोयला खान भविष्य निधि (चतुर्थ संशोधन ) स्कीम, 1969 कही जा सकेगी ।

2. कोयलाखान भविष्य निधि स्कीम ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् स्कीम कहा गया है ) के पैरा 25 क के उपपैरा ( 1 ) में , --
( i) " मे अगले मास की समाप्ति के पश्चात् शब्दों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए , अर्थात्ः--
" से , यथा स्थिति, अगले मा स या तिमाही की ममाप्ति के पश्चात्"
( ii ) खण्ड ( 2 ) में , " दिसम्बर , 1967 के पश्चात्" शब्दों और अंकों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तः स्थापित किए जायेंगे , अर्थात्ः-
( iii ) " किन्तु जनवरी , 1970 के पूर्व" ;
खंड ( 2 ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित खंड जोड़ दिया जाएगा , अर्थात्ः-- (3) दिसम्बर 1969 पश्चात , यवि बह सतह के नीचे के काम करने वाला कर्मचारी है तो एक तिमाही में कम से कम 48 दिन और यदि वह सतह के ऊपर काम करने वाला कर्मचारी है तो एक तिमाही में 60 दिन "
( 1 ) मे ;
3. स्कीम के पैरा 38 के उप पैरा
( 1) खंड ( 1 ) में , " किन्तु 1 अक्तूबर, 1948 के पूर्व नही शब्दों और अंकों पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तः स्थापित किए जायेंगे , अर्थात :-- "और 1 जनवरी , 1970 को या उसके पश्चात् श्रारम्भ होने वाली प्रत्येक तिमाही की भी"
(2) खण्ड ( 2 ) में , ( क ) " फरवरी 1962 " शब्दों और अंकों के पश्चात् , निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्त:स्थापित किए जायेंगे , --
"दिसम्बर , 1969 तक"
(ख ) "और आगे " शब्द लूप्त कर दिए जायेंगे ।
स्कीम के पैरा 38 में एक संक्षित हाजरी रजिस्टर शब्दों के पश्चात् निम्न- लिखित शब्य और अंक अन्तः स्थापित किये आयेंगे , अर्थात्:-- " 31 दिसम्बर , 1969 तक"

सा० का ० ति०55.-कोयला खान भविष्य निधि तथा बोनस स्कीम अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 46 ) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्वं श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० नि ० श्रा ० 657 तारीख 12 मार्च , 1956 के साथ प्रकाशित आंध्र प्रदेश कोयला खान भविष्य निधि स्कीम में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है, अर्थात:-
1. यह स्कीम आंध्र प्रदेश कोयला खान भविष्य निधि ( चतुर्थं संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1969 कही जा सकेगी ।
2. आंध्र प्रदेश कोयला खान भविष्य निधि स्कीम ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् स्कीम कहा गया है ) के पैरा 6क के उप पैरा ( 1 ) में , THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

( i) से अगले मास की समाप्ति के पश्चात् शब्दों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द प्रति स्थापित किये जायेंगे , अर्थात्: --
"मे , यथास्थिति, अगले मास या तिमाही की ममाप्ति के पश्चात् "
(ii ) खण्ड ( ii ) में " दिसम्बर , 1967 के पश्चात् शब्दों और मंकों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तः स्थापित किये जायेंगे , अर्थात्ः- "किन्तु जनवरी , 1970 से पूर्व"
( iii ) खंड ( ii ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित खंड जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
( iii ) दिसम्बर 1969 के पश्चात् यदि वह सतह के नीचे काम करने वाला कर्मचारी है तो एक तिमाही में कम से कम 48 दिन और यदि वह सतह के ऊपर काम करने वाला कर्मचारी है तो एक तिमाही में 60 दिन ।
( 1 ) में--
3. स्कीम के पैरा 17 के उपपैरा
( i ) खंड ( i ) में " किन्तु 1 अक्तूबर 1955 के पूर्व नहीं " शब्दों और अंकों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तःस्थापित किये जायेंगे , अर्थात्ः----
ओर 1 जनवरी 1970 को या उस के पश्चात् श्रारम्भ होने वाली प्रत्येक तिमाही की भी " ;
(ii) खंड ( ii ) में,
(क) " फरवरी 1963 , से" शब्दों और अंहों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तः स्थापित किये जायेंगे , श्रर्थात्ः--
" दिसम्बर 1969 तक" ;
(ख) "और आगे " शब्द लुप्त कर दिए जाएंगे ।
4. स्क्रीम के परा 17 क में " एक संक्षिप्त हाजरी रजिस्टर " शब्दों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तः स्थापित किये जायेंगे , अर्थात्ः--
" 31 दिसम्बर 1969 तक "

सा० का ० नि० 56.-कोयला खान भविष्य निधि तथा बोनस स्कीम अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 46 ) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरका र, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्वं श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ ० 32 नारीख 11 फरवरी 1958 के साथ प्रकाशित राजस्थान कोयला खान भविष्य निधि स्कीम में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है, अर्थात् :---
1. यह स्कीम राजस्थान कोयला खान भविष्य निधि ( चतुर्थं गंशोधन ) स्कीम 1969 कही जा सकेगी ।
2. राजस्थान कोयला खान भविष्य निधि स्कीम ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् स्कीम कहा गया है ) के पैरा एक के उपपैरा ( 1 ) में, --
( i ) " से अगले मास की समाप्ति के पश्चात् शब्दों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किय जाएंगे , अर्थात्ः " मे यथास्थिति, अगले मास या तिमाही के पश्चात्" THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

( ii ) खण्ड ( ii ) में " दिसम्बर , 1967 के पश्चात्" शब्दों और अंकों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तः स्थापित किये जायेंगे , श्रर्थात्ः-- " किन्तु जनवरी , 1970 के पूर्व ,,
( iii ) खण्ड ( ii ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित खण्ड जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्ः--
"( iii ) दिगम्बर , 1968 के पश्चात्, यदि वह सतह के नीचे काम करने वालाचारी है तो एक तिमाही में कम से कम 48 दिन और यदि बह सतह के ऊपर काम करने वाला कर्मचारी है तो एक तिमाही में 60 दिन "
3. स्कीम के पैंग 16 के उपपैग ( 1 ) में,
( i) खंड ( 1 ) में, " किन्तु 1 अक्तूबर , 1955 के पूर्व नहीं " गन्दों और अंकों ये पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और ग्रंक अन्तःस्थापित किये जायेंगे अर्थात्ः- और । जनवरी , 1970 को या उसके पश्चात् श्रारम्भ होने वाली प्रत्येक तिमाही की भी "
(ii) खण्ड ( ii ) में,
( *) "फरवरी 1963 से" शब्दों और अंकों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तःस्थापित किये जायेंगे , अर्थात्--
"दिसम्बर , 1969 तक 11
(ख) " और आगे " शब्द लुप्त कर दिया जायेगा ।
4. स्कीम के पैरा 16 क में " एक संक्षिप्त हाजरी रजिस्टर " शब्दों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तः स्थापित किये जायगे , अर्थात्-
" 31 दिसम्बर , 1969 तक "

[सा ० का ० नि ० 57. कोयला खान भविष्य निधि तथा बोनस स्कीम अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 46 ) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा ३ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 1771 तारीख 14 नवम्बर , 1966 के साथ प्रकाशित नएवेली कोयला खान भविष्य निधि स्कीम , 1966 में और आगे सशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:---
1. यह स्कीम नएवेली कोयला खान भविष्य निधि ( पांचवां संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1969 कही जा सकेगी ।
2. नएबेली कोयला खान भविष्य निधि स्कीम ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात स्कीम कहा गया है ) के पैरा 6 के उपपैरा ( 1 ) में , --
(i) "से अगले मास की समाप्ति के पश्चात्" शब्दों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जायेंगे , अर्थात्ः-

( ii ) खण्ड ( ii ) , " दिसम्बर , 1967 के पश्चात् " शब्दों और अंकों के पश्चाते निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तःस्थापित किये जायेंगे , श्रर्थात्: -
"किन्तु जनवरी , 1970 के पूर्व"
( iii ) खण्ड ( ii ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित खण्ड जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
( iii ) दिसम्बर 1969 के पश्चात्, यदि वह सतह के ऊपर काम करने वाला कर्मचारी है तो एक तिमाही में कम से कम 48 दिन श्रऔर यदि वह सतह के ऊपर काम करने वाला व्यक्ति है तो एक तिमाही में 60 दिन"
3. स्कीम के पैरा 21 में,-
( i ) उपपैरा ( 1 ) के लिए , निम्नलिखित उपपरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात्ः--
" ( 1 ) प्रत्येक नियोजक, आयुक्त या उसके अधीनस्थ ऐसे अन्य अधिकारी को जो उसके द्वारा इस निमित्त प्राधिकृत किया गया है, विवरणी की वो प्रतियां रजिस्ट्रीकृत डाक या संदेशवाहक द्वारा-
( i ) इस से उपाबद्ध प्ररुप ' ज' ' ( पुनरीक्षित ) ' में पहली जनवरी , 1967 से दिसम्बर 1969 तक प्रत्येक मास के अन्त से 15 दिन के भीतर;
( ii ) इससे उपाबद्ध प्ररुप ' ज' में पहली जनवरी, 1970 को या उसके बाद आरम्भ होने वाली प्रत्येक तिमाही के पन्त से 6 सप्ताह के भीतर;
उन कर्मचारियों को विशिष्टियां प्रश्तापित करते हुए जो यथास्थिति पूर्ववर्ती मास या तिमाही के दौरान पैरा 6 के अधीन निधि की सदस्यता के लिए अहित हैं ;
भेजेगा" ;
( ii ) उपपैरा ( 3 ) में, " प्ररुप ज ( पुनरीक्षित ) " शब्दों, अक्षर और कोष्टकों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द, अक्षर और कोष्टक प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे , अथर्थात्ः--
"यथास्थिति प्ररुप ज ( पुनरीक्षित ) या प्ररुप 'ज' "
4. स्कीम के पैरा 22 में " एक संक्षिप्त हाजरी रजिस्टर" शब्दों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अन्तःस्थापित किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्ः--

5. स्कीम में , प्ररुप " ग " के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्ररुप अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात् : -- प्ररुप "ज"
