NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th January 1970
S.O. 141. In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 ( 47 of 1968 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby declares the duty by every personperson referred to in the said clause (a) serving in Rajasthan for a period of three months with effect from 7th Janu- ary, 1970 , as active duty .
