NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th January 1970
S.O. 144. In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 (47 of 1968 ) the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause ( a ) serving in West Bengal for a period of three months with effect from 8th January , 1970 , as active duty .
