G.S.R. 113.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 153 -A of the Com- panies Act , 1956 ( I of 1956 ) and in partial modification of the Notification No. G.S.R. 144 , dated the 19th January , 1968 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. C. Bose as the Public Trustee to discharge the functions and to exercise the rights and powers conferred on the Public Trustee by or under the said Act with effect from 12th January , 1970 , until further orders .
