NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th January 1970
S.O. 234. In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a) of Sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 ( 47 of 1968 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause (a) serving in Kerala , for a period of three months with effect from 25th Janu- ary , 1970 , as active duty .
