NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th January 1970

S.O. 235.—Whereas the Central Government has, as required by sub-section (2) of section 78C of the Indian Patents and Designs Act, 1911, reconsidered the question whether the direction issued under sub-section (1) of the said section to the Controller by the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Indus- trial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Indus- trial Development) No. S.O. 1631, dated the 22nd April, 1969, as published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3(ii), dated the 3rd May, 1969, continues to be necessary or expedient in the public interest;

And whereas on such reconsideration it appears to the Central Government that the said direction continues to be necessary in the public interest;
