ORDER
New Delhi , the 24th January 1970
S.O. 377 , 18E ( 2 ) / IDRA/ 69 . Whereas the Central Government in the Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs ( Departinent of Industrial Develop- ment ) by its notified Order No. S.O.No. S.O. 620/ 1DRA / 69 , dated the 14th February , 1969 , issued under Section 18 -A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , authorised the Gujarat State Textile Corporation Limited , Ahmedabad to take over the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking called the New Manechchock Spinning and Weaving Company Ltd. , Ahmedabad (hereinafter in this Order referred to as the ' industrial undertaking for the period specified therein : ---
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection ( 2 ) of Section 18E of the said Act , the Central Government hercby specifies in the schedule annexed hereto the exceptions , restrictions and limilations subject to which the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , shall continue to auply to the industrial under- taking in the same manner as it applied thereto before the issue of the notified order under Section 18A
