NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st January 1970
S.O. 386—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Agri- cultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 (27 of 1940), the Central Government, after con- sultation with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, hereby directs that the wheat flour, one of the articles specified In the Schedule to the said Act, shall cease to be subject to the duty imposed by section 3 of the said Act for the period from the 1st January, 1970 to the 15th February, 1970.
