S. O. 475.—In pursuance of the directions issued under the provision of each of the

enactments specified in the First Schedule annexed hereto, the Central Government after consi-

dering the recommendations of the Film Advisory Board, Bombay hereby approves the films

specified in column 2 of the Second Schedule annexed hereto in Gujarati to be of the description

specified against each in column 6 of the said Second Schedule.

THE FIRST SCHEDULE

(1) Sub-Section 4 of the Section 12 and Section 16 of the Cinematograph Act, 1951 (Central

Act XXXVII of 1952).

(a) Sub-Section (3) of Section 5 and Section 9 of the Bombay Cinemas (Regulation) Act,

1953 (Bombay Act XVII of 1953).

(3) Sub-Section (4) of Section 5 and Section 9 of the Saurashtra Cinemas (Regulation

Act, 1953 (Saurashtra Act XVII of 1953).
