ORDER
New Delhi , the 11th February 1970
S.O. 612. Whereas by an order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour , Employment and Rehabilitation ( Department of Labour and Employment ) No. 12 ( 2) / 70 - LRIV , dated the 31st January , 1970 an industrial dispute between the employers in relation to 12 Stone Quarriesat Chandivali , Bombay and their workmen has been referred to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal ( No. 2 ) Bombay , for adjudication.
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section ( 3 ) of the section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby prohibits the continuance of the strike in existence in the said Quarries in connection with the said dispute.
