NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th February , 1970
S.O. 613. In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a ) of Sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 ( 47 of 1968 ) the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause ( a ) serving in Madhya Pradesh for a period of three months with effect from 12th February 1970 as active duty .
