NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th February 1970
G.S.R. 232.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) article 290 of the Constitution and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law No. G.S.R. 585 dated February 1, 1966, the President hereby directs that the following may be added as item No. 12 in Part IX-A (In case of the Ministry of Home Affairs): —
"12. Agreements, contracts and other instruments for assignment of study projects on behalf of the Ministry of Home Affairs to private organisations, institutions and universities on matters relating to problems concerning the Ministry of Home Affairs; by the Director, Research and Policy Division, Minis- try of Home Affairs."
This notification issues with the concurrence of the Ministry of Law vide their u.o. No. 457/70/J, dated February 3, 1970.
