New Delhi, the 13th February 1970
S.O. 616.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 620/18A/IDRA/69, dated the 14th February, 1969, the manage- ment of the industrial undertaking known as the New Maneckchock Spinning and Weaving Co, Ltd., Ahmedabad, had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of 13th February, 1970;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period upto and inclusive of 23rd March, 1970;
