New Delhi , the 16th February 1970
G.S.R. 237 / Sugar Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sec- tion ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) , G.S.R. No. 255 / Sugar Export . dated the 3rd February , 1969 , as subsequently amended vide Notification No. G.S.R. 2609/ Sugar Export dated the 6th November , 1969 , namely :-
In the said Notification , for the figures and words " 28th day of February 1970 " , the figures and words " 30th day of April 1970 " shall be substituted .
