G.S.R. 259/Sugar Export-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sec- (I)of Section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central Government hereby fixes 90,500 tonnes (Ninety thousand and five hundred tonnes) of sugar as the quantity which may be exported out of India during the period commencing on the date of publication of this Notification and ending with the 31st day of December 1970.
