New Delhi , the 19th February 1970
S.O. 714/ DRA/ 29B/ 70 / 2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (1) and ( 2) of section 29B of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby cancels the Notifications of the Government of Indiaof India in the late Ministry of Industry No. S.O. 1467 / IDRA/29B/66, dated the 13th May , 1966 ; No. S.O. 2214 / IDRA/ 29B / 66 , datedated the 20th July, 1966; No. S.O. 3793 /IDRA/ 29B / 66 , dated the 13th December, 1966; and No. S.O. 20th July 623/IDRA/29B/ 67 / 2, dated the 17th February , 1967 and the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Com- pany Affairs ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 574/ IDRA /29B/68, dated the 7th February , 1968 ; No. S.O. 2175 /IDRA/ 29B /68 , dated the 11th June, 1968 ; and No. S.O. 3339 / IDRA/ 29B / 68 , dated the 16th September , 1968, ге- garding grant of exemption from sections 10 , 11 , 11A and 13 of the said Act to the industrial undertakings pertaining to the industries mentioned therein and speci- files a period of three months from the date of publication of this notification as the period after the expiry of which no owner of any industrial undertaking engaged in such industries shall carry on the business of the undertaking except under and in accordance with the licence issued in this behalf by the Central Gov- ernnment, and in the case of a State Government , except under and in accordance with the previous permission of the Central Government.
