CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi, the 20th February 1970
G.S.R. 264.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excises Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 45/69-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1969, namely: —
In column 2 of the Table annexed to the said notification: —
(i) against S. No. 1.1. for the words "cleared for home consumption within twelve months Immediately following the month of certification by the Central Board of Film Censors", the words "cleared for home con- sumption within twelve months from the date of certification by the Central Board of Film Censors" shall be substituted;

No. II.l, for the words and figures "cleared for home con- sumption within 12 months immediately following the month of certl lication by the Central Board of Film Censors", the words "cleared foi home consumption within twelve months from the date of certification by the Central Board of Film Censors" shall be substituted;
(iv) against S. No. 11.21, for the words and figures "cleared for home consump- tion after 12 months immediately following the month of certifica- tion by the Central Board of Film Censors", the words "cleared for home consumption after twelve months from the date of certification by the Central Board of Film Censors" shall be substituted.
