EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 23rd February 1970
S.O. 720—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order: —
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fourth Amendment Order, 1970.
2. The short titles mentioned in column 2 below shall be deemed to have been assigned to the S.Os., shown in column 1, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Trade (formerly Ministry of Commerce) and published in the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) on the dates shown against each:—
