S.O. 826. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri V. H. Pancholi of Filco Private Ltd .. Sewri , Fort Road , Sewri East , Bombay - 15 , as a member of the Export Inspection Council and directs that the name of Shri Pancholi shall be added as No. 10 In the Mininstry of Foreign Trade Notification No. S.O. 52 , dated the 31st December , 1969 .
