New Delhi , the 27th February 1970
G.S.R. 316. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1961 ( 23 of 1961 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs , No. G.S.R. 1595 , dated the 29th August 1968 , namely : -
In the said notification, in the second paragraph , for the words " District Magis- trate , Manipur " , the words "District Magistrate of the concerned district within which the said area lies " shall be substituted .
