S.O. 828. In pursuance of sub - clause ( f ) of clause ( iii ) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 194A of the Income - tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby notify the District , Taluka , Nagar and Gram Panchayats constituted under the Gujarat Panchayats Act , 1961 , within the state of Gujarat , for the purposes of the said sub - clause .
