New Delhi , the 28th February 1970
G.S.R. 317 / Ess . Com,/ Sugar . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sec- tion ( 3C ) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Sugar (Price Determination ) Order , 1970 , namely : -
1. This Order may be called the Sugar ( Price Determination ) Amendment Order , 1970 .
2. In the Sugar ( Price Determination ) Order , 1970 ,in Schedule II , under the heading " North Bihar " , for the entry against Serial Number 8, the following entry shall be substituted , namely : -
"8. The Gobind Sugar Mills Ltd. , Lessees of Shree Hanuman Sugar & Indus- tries Ltd. , P.O. Motihari , Distt . Champaran . "
