NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd March 1970
G.S.R. 391 -In exercise of the powers confcrred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966 , namely:
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Second Amendment Order , 1970.
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966 , for item ( m ) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be substituted , namely :-
"( m) ( i ) Kerosene Superior
(A) per kilolitre in bulk Fifty - nine rupees and nineteen paise ( in- crease)
For all supplies ." (B ) per tin containing 18.5 One rupee and ten litres paise ( increase)
Increase in Central Ex- cise duty
( ii ) Aviation Turbine Fuel Fifty - ninc rupees and per kilolitre in bulk . seventeen paise (in- crease)
