S.O. 837. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) of section 5A of the Dock Workers ( Regulation of Employment ) Act , 1948 ( 9 of 1948) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. Venkalesan, as Chairman and member of the Madras Dock Labour Board vice Shri V. Karthikeyan , and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in thethe Ministry of Labour , Employment and Rehabilitation ( Department of Labour and Employment ) No. 3475 , dated the 23rd September , 1968 , namely :- vernment
In the said notification , for the words " Shri V. Karthikeyan " in both the places where they occur , the words " Shri Venkatesan" shall be substituted .
