S.O. 838—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Art, 1951 (65 of 1951), and in partial modification of the notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 493, dated the 11th February, 1966, and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply (Department of Foreign Trade) No. S.O. 1724, dated the 30th April, 1969, the Central Government hereby authorises with effect from the 2nd March, 1970, Shri B. L. Gupta to take over the management of the whole of the New Bhopal Textiles Limited, Bhopal vice Shri P. C. Aggarwal, until further Orders.
