S.O. 921. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82 B of the Indian Railways Act , 1890 ( Act IX of 1890 ) , the Central Government hereby appoint Shri Prakash Chandra Saxena, I.A.S. , as a whole time Claims Commissioner to deal with the claims arising out of the accident involving 6 Down Allahabad - Gorakhpur Express train between Jakhanian and Dulahpur stations on Varanasi - Bhatni con- trolled section of Varanasi Division of the North Eastern Railway on 21st June , 1969. His headquarters will be at Varanasi .
2. This is in continuation of this Ministry's Notification of even number dated 21st July , 1969 .
