ORDER
New Delhi , the 12th March 1970
8.O. 1034. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that this Ministry's Order bearing S.O. 1958 dated the 13th May 1969 as amended by this Ministry's Order bearing S.O. 3479 dated the 29th August , 1969 and S.O. 4051 dated the 27th September , 1969 shall remain in force upto the 31st July , 1970 .
The Central Government further directs that with effect from the 20th March , 1970 and upto the date this order remains in force , this Order shall apply in the Sabarkantha district also .
