S.O. 1089.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 oil the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 203, dated the 18th January, 1963.
