S.O. 1095.—In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Section 2(a) of the Produce Cess Act, 1968 (15 of 1966) read with Government of India, Notification No. G.S.R. 884, dated 26th March, 1969, I, Shri N .Mookherjee, Col- lector of Central Excise, Calcutta and Orissa, hereby authorise the Central Ex- cise Officers specified in Column (2) of the Table hereto annexed to exercise within their jurisdiction the powers of the "Collector" under the Produce Cess Act, 1966 enumerated in Column (1) thereof, subject to the limitations specified in Column (3) of the said Table.
