G.S.R. 519.—The following Order made by the President on 20th March 1970 is published for general information:—
THE STATES REORGANISATION (GOVERNORS' ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) AMENDMENT ORDER, 1970
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (37 of 1956), the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the States Reorganisation (Governors' Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1957, namely:—

Paragraph 8 of the States Reorganisation (Governors' Allowances and Pri- vileges) Order, 1957 shall be renumbered as sub-parafiraph (1) thereof and after sub-paragraph (1) as so renumbered, the following sub-paragraph shall be in- serted, namely:—
"(2) In addition to the allowances and privileges referred to in para- graph 7, there shall be charged on and paid tut of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Mysore to the Governor of Mysore an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- during the year 1969-70 for furnishing the newly constructed first floor of Raj Bhavan, Bangalore."
