THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (VOTE ON ACCOUNT) ACT, 1970

An Act to provide for the withdrawal of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of West Bengal for the services of a part of the financial year 1970-71.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows: —
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of West Bengal there may be withdrawn sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of one hundred of the Scheme amounting in the aggregate to the sum of one hundred and forty crores, eighty-two lakhs and ninety-one thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 1970-71.

3. The sums authorised to be withdrawn from and out of the Consoli- dated Fund of the State of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.

THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1970

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of West Bengal for the services of the financial yea;; 1969-70.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-first Year of the Republic
of India as follows: —
1. Thio Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1970. Short title.

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of West Bengal there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of sixty-three crores, fifty-four lakhs, ninety thousand, seven hundred and twenty-one rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 1969-70, in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the Schedule,
Issue of Rs. 63,54,90, 72 J from and out of the Consolida- ted Fund of the State of West Bengal for the financial year 1969- 70.
Appropria- tion.
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
