ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 1st April, 1970.
S.O. 1286.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1988, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Seventh Amendment Order, 1970.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in Schedule I, Part B—
(a) The entries appearing against the following item Nos. shall be deleted:—
"1 (iii) (d)—Deer Musk.
1 (iii) (f)—Grey Jungle Fowl. 1 (iii) (g)—Indian Python. 1 (iii) (i)—Malabar Civet. 1 (iii) (j)—Monal Pheasant."
(b) After sub-Item 1 (iii) (v) the following sub-Item shall be added:-

" (xlvi) Musk Deer and Musk (Natural),
(xlvli) Grey Jungle Fowl, (xlviii) Indian Python, (xlix) Malabar Civet. (I) Monal Pheasant, (II) Otter."
(b) For the existing entry against item No. 23, the following shall be substituted: —•
"23 (a) Live Snakes.
(b) Cobra, Krait, Viper, Echis and Other Snake Venoms." (Issued from file No. 25/1/70-E.II).
