MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, INTERNAL TRADE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS (Department of Industrial Development) ORDER New Delhi, the 3rd April 1970
S.O. 1299/IDRA/18G/69.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G and section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (85 of 1951), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely,
1. (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Amendment) Order, 1970- (2) It shall come into force with effect from the 4th April, 1970.
2. In clause 8 of the Cement Control Order 1967, in item (b), for the figures "129.13" the figures "131.13" shall be substituted.
