ORDER
New Delhi , the 4th April 1970
G.S.R. 586.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the Inter - Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products ( Movement Control ) Order . 1969. rublished with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture . Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) . Agriculture .
No. G.S.R. 997 , datedated the 16th April , 1969: Frovided that such rescission shall not affect-
( a ) the previous operation of the said Order or anything duly done or suffered thereunder ; or
(b ) any right . privilege , obligation or liability acquired , accrued or incurred under the said Order ; or
( c) any renalty forfeiture or runishment incurred 'n respect of any offence committed against the said Order ; or
( d ) any investigation , legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege . obligation , liability , penalty , forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid;
and any such investigation , legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted . conti- nued or enforced and any such nenalty. forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the said Order had not been rescinded .
