ORDER
New Delhi , the 4th April 1970
G.S.R. 587. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Rajasthan Foodgrains ( Restrictions on Berden Movement ) Order , 1959 , namely:-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Rajasthan Foodgrains ( Restrictions on Poder Movement ) Amendment Order , 1970 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 4th April , 1970 .
2. In clause 2 of the Rajasthan Foodgrains ( Restrictions on Border Movement ) Order . 1059 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order , sub - clause ) shall be omitted.
3. In clauses 4 and 5 of the said Order , the words " wheat or other " , wherever they occur , shall be omitted ,
4 In sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 6 of the said Order ,
(a ) in item ( i ) , the words " wheat or other " shall be omitted;
h) in item ( 111 ) , ---
( i ) the words " wheat or any other " shall be omitted;
(j ) the words " wheat or " in the two places they occur , shall be emit'ed
