G S R. 620/Ess.Com./Sugarcane.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Sugarcane (Con- trol) Order, 1966, Namely:—
1. Short title.—This Order may be called the Sugarcane (Control) Amendment Order, 1970.
2 Amendment of clause 1—In the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, in clause 1 in sub-clause (2), the words "except the State of Jammu and Kashmir" shall be omitted.
