IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 10th April , 1970
No. 54 - ITC ( PN ) /70.-It has been decided that the provisions of the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 72 - ITC ( PN) / 69 dated the 19th May , 1969 will also apply for the year 1970-71 .
2. In the said Public Notice , after the words " synthetic fabrics " , the words "and garments made therefrom , knitted wear made of synthetic yarn " may be deemed to have been inserted .
