EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

No. 4 - ETC ( PN ) / 70 .---Reference paragraph 3 of Public Notice No. 6 - E.T.C . ( P.N. ) / 68 , dated the 25th April , 1968 , wherein , it was stated that expo: t of 'double drawn' human hair and ' tukus ' will be subject to floor prices and export will be allowed only against irrevocable letters of credit on outright sale basis and no export will be allowed on consignment basis .
2. Floor price restrictions on export of all lengths of 'double drawn ' human hair and ' tukus' were abolished , vide Public Notice No. 3 - E.T.C. ( P.N . ) / 70 . dated the 7th March , 1970. It has since been decided to waive the other condition regarding export against Irrevocable Letters of Credit only . Export of ' double drawn' human hair and ' tukus ' shall henceforth be allowed against D.P. & D.A. terms as well .
