NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th April 1970
S.O. 1517. In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a ) of Sub- section ( I ) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 (47 of 1968 ) the Central Gov- ernment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause (a) serving in BIHAR for period of three months with effect from 17th April 1970 as active duty.
