New Delhi , the 23rd April 1970
1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the further to amend the G.S.R. 664/ Ess . Com./Sugar.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sec- tion (3C ) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, Central Government hereby makes the following Order Sugar ( Price Determination ) Order, 1970 namely : -
1. (1 ) This Order may be called the Sugar ( Price Determination ) Third Am- endment Order 1970 .
(2) It shall come into force at once .
2. In Schedule I to the Sugar ( Price Determination ) Order , 1970 , for the entries relating to Central U.P. , " East U.P. " , "North Bihar" , " South Bihar " , "Gujarat" and " Maharashtra' , the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
