NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd April 1970
S. O. 1524.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby makes the follow- ing amendment in the Table appended to its Notification No. 434/UP/67, dated the 11th January, 1967,namely :—
Against item 25 - Sultanpur, in Column 3, for the existing entries, the following shall be substituted :—
1. Sub-Divisional Officer/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Amethi, 2. Additional Sub-Divisional Migistrate/ Additional Sub-Divisional Officer- Amethijj,
3. Deputy C u m - S u b - D i v i s i o n al Officer, Kadipur, 4. Tahsildar, Amethi, 5. Tahsildar, Agriculture Dues, Sultanpur, and
6. Sub-Divisional Officer-Cum-Settlement Officer (Consolidation), Kadipur.
2. amendment shall take effect from the 17th April/1970.
