NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th April 1970
S.O. 1523. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Gold opinion ( Control ) Act, 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) , the Central Government , being of that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following Order , namely:
That a person referred to in clause ( c ) of sub - section ( 4 ) of section 39 of the said Act shall be exempted from the operation of the time limit specified in that clause if he makes an application , within a period of one year from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette , for the grant of a certi- ficate referred to in sub - section ( 1 ) of the said section 39.
