New Delhi, the 4th May 1970
S.O. 1632.—In pursuance of paragraph 17 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968, the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in its notification No. 56/69-II (S.O. 89). dated the 4th January. 1969. namely:—
In Table 3. against the entry "5. Haryana" for the entries "(6) Elephant and (7) Plough" the entries "(6) Elephant, (7) Plough and (8) Lion" shall be substi- tuted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 30th April. 1970.
