New Delhi , the 7th May 1970
G.S.R. 778.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 10E of the Companies Act , 1956 ( I of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Qazi Mukhtar Ahmad to be a Member of the Company Law Board , and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) G.S.R. 177 , dated the 1st February , 1964 , as amended from time to time , namely:
In the sald notification , in clause ( a) , for entry ( 2 ) , the following entry shall be substituted , namely ; -
" ( 2) Shri Qazi Mukhtar Ahmad" .
