NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 11th May 1970
S.O. 1701 .-- In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a ) of sub - section ( I ) of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 (47 of 1968 ) the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause (a) serving in Maharashtra for period of three months with effect from 9th May , 1970 as active duty.

S.O. 1702. In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( a) of sub - section ( I ) section 2 of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 ( 47 of 1968 ) the Central Govern- ment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause (a) serving in Madhya Pradesh for period of three months with effect from 12th May , 1970 as active duty .
