New Delhi , the 11th May 1970
S.O. 1703. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Com- missions of Inquiry Act , 1952 ( 80 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby extends upto 31st July , 1970 , the period within which the Cominission of Inquiry appointed by the GovernmentGovernment of India in the Ministry of Home Aflals by Notification No. S.O. 3960 , published at pages 1713 and 1714 of Part II , Section 3 , Sub section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 1st November , 1967 , shall make its report to the Central Government .
