NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th May 1970
S.O. 1704. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri S. R. Damani , Member of Parliament , as a member of the Export Inspection Council and directs that the name of Shri S. R. Damani , M.P. , shall be added as No. 11 in the Ministry of Foreign Trade Notification No. S.O. 52 , dated the 31st December , 1969 .
